Please ensure you have the right to submit anything you send us. Things such as newspaper articles or other write-ups not written by you must be cleared. Please let us know who does own the copyright, so we can contact them for permission to reprint it.

If you would like to send us photographs, please send us high-quality JPEG images (300 dpi or better) which will be suitable for reprinting (we can accept emails of over 6 megabytes). Or if you prefer to mail it to us, please send it to:
