Shipping & Tax Info:

Please add $8 for the 1st book, add $2 more per book for each additional US order. Book Rate/Media mail is also available in the US, but can take anywhere from 1-8 weeks for delivery (no guarantee of delivery time from USPS) - please send an email for rates. International orders must be drawn on a US bank or processed as an online order. The price for international shipping is $10 for the 1st book, add $5 more per book for each additional order outside the US.
